James defended his ARMGODS UK & Commonwealth title against Welsh Wolverine Dean Bolt on 6th July 2024 at ARMGODS Wales, & gained a Superheavyweight Silver medal at the UK & IRELAND Pro Nationals in November where he also carried 2 Thomas Inch 78kg dumbells just short of the world record in a car park very casually - rumour has it he will be going for the actual record very soon...featured recently on ARMWARS against Declan Dillon & Raymond Leipins (results not yet reported)...James lifted a few kilos more than Brian Shaw on a rolling handle - he's training some strongman now as well. May 2025 - won against Adam Concrete Kaczor at CSAL - in July in battle of the vice presidents James won against Atom Bomb Tom Atherton...on 9th August at Valhalla 4 James lost to a returning Marvin Palmer... on 14th March 2026 he beat Mantas Daunekis for the ARMGODS UK & Commonwealth left hand Superheavyweight title belt...On 6th June 2026 won his catchweight match up against ARMGODS 105kg Champion Golden Hands Oto Fogelmanis...
