2026 Results
 

Tournament results are published here & are the basis of promotion from Novice to Pro Status. See the PROGRESSION page for this years additions. 2021 - 2025 results also available on this site. David Horne's World of Grip page has an archive of results from 1970. 

Warzone league table. The overall top 12 of each tournament are awarded points for each arm - 12 points for 1st place down to 1 point for 12th place. Whoever has the most points at the end of the last tournament keeps the 2026 belt. If it's a tie, there will be a match to determine the winner.
