UK & IRELAND CLUBS
PAA UK & IRELAND require novice pullers to have undertaken some training with a recognised club before participation in competitions - it is easy for a very strong person to get injured due to applying their strength incorrectly. The local clubs listed welcome and support athletes all the way from beginner up to pro level. They are usually built around a founder at Pro level who has an oversight of training to ensure safety & understanding of rules & conditioning. Get in touch with a club local to you to find out more. A common enquiry to this site is that none of the clubs listed here are near me. Most clubs have a fifty mile catchment & multiple locations so something might be nearer than apparent. Not all UK clubs are listed here, some choose not to advertise, others might not be recognised by us. Devon Larratts Armbet app is a good way to find other armwrestlers in your locality. The other way is to put the town you live in along with armwrestling into google or facebook & see if anything pops up.
