Why be a member of the PAA UK & IRELAND?
The PAA organises its own events throughout the year & helps promote other armwrestling competitions. We're non profit making which means we invest anything we make to further Armwrestling in line with our constitutional aims & objectives. It's run on volunteers & goodwill & there are costs to make it all happen. Some people only wish to armwrestle & are not interested in joining the association - attending a PAA event requires an entry fee & for this you are considered a day member. If you wish to contribute more, an associate membership for £30 gives a £10 discount at the Novice & Pro nationals & entry into the members draw. At the Pro Nationals in November 2022 there will be a draw for a PAA customised Mazurenko table. In future we intend to pursue our original ambition to send a team abroad to compete & the draw will send some people to it. Covid put a stop to that for the time being. Full membership is £40. Like an associate it puts you in the draw but you also get voting rights at the annual AGM in January where decisions are made. It's a bigger contribution & commitment & doesn't suit everyone. A full member has to be an associate member for a year first. All memberships are subject to approval by the executive committee - please read the constitution.
Secure payment can be made by to the PAA via the Paypal button below.

Alternatively payment can be made at a PAA event to the Treasurer, President or one of the Vice Presidents. See about us to find out who they are.
Payment of a membership fee & entry into a competition signifies acceptance of the constitution & rules of participation.
